JOB DESCRIPTION
The consultant will conduct a training workshop on Participatory Training Methods for one grantee in Cambodia. This training aims to enhance the capacity of our grantees to effectively engage and train community members and stakeholders in their projects through participatory approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated expertise in participatory training methodologies, community engagement, and capacity building.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for NGOs, community-based organizations, or similar entities.
- Experience in using participatory training techniques with both high and low literacy participants.
- Knowledge of the social, cultural, and economic context of Cambodia.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Khmer languages.
