MFH is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the Guest Speaker for its Psychosocial Support Webinar Series, part of the L4H program. The series will equip Catholic Sisters and frontline health workers with essential tools to address mental health, psychosocial challenges, and well-being in underserved settings. The Guest Speaker will review needs assessments, develop interactive presentations, and deliver four engaging webinars in 2025.
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment Creation and Review: Create and analyze MFH’s needs assessment to align webinar content with participant priorities.
- Content Development: Prepare four presentations on Psychosocial Support based participant priorities. Topics may include mental health’s impact on physical health, self-care tools for health providers, and trauma-informed community mental health care. Create presentations that incorporate interactive elements such as Q&A, case studies, and group activities.
- Webinar Delivery: Deliver the four webinars, spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, using MFH’s hosting platform and facilitator.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Coordinate with the L4H team to ensure content aligns with program goals. Support participant feedback collection and session impact analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in psychology, social work, public health, or related field. Five plus years of experience in mental health and psychosocial support in low-resource settings. Proven expertise in adult education and interactive webinar facilitation. Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Experience working with international and diverse audiences.
