Bi-lingual French/English Learning Consultant

The Learning Consultant will be responsible for leading the learning goals of the project. The Consultant will work with CORE Group and Secretariat staff to analyze findings and document project learnings. The Consultant will also be expected to lead a one to two day in person capacity building session for Project Management and Secretariat staff around lessons learned. The Consultant will work with staff to inculcate a learning culture and demonstrate how learning can spring from successes as well as from challenges. The consultant will take these learnings and work to broaden them into lessons that can be applicable in other ZIP countries or for others working to vaccinate zero dose children in humanitarian and conflict settings.

• Master's degree in public health, international studies, international development, or similar educational training
• Experience (at least 2 years) working in humanitarian settings such as refugee camps, IDP camps, or emergency response, preferably in West Africa.
• Demonstrated technical experience in use of learning techniques (3-5 years) and expertise working with low-and-middle-income countries with equitable approaches.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English required.
• Experience training others on learning techniques and learning products.
• Experience working with multiple cultures, remote teams and managing multiple time zones.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite, Office365, and video conferencing software.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Must have the ability to work with flexibility in a teamsetting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and fluency in spoken French required.
