Thank you for your interest in becoming a CORE Group Member or Associate Organization. All organizations use the same application. Once received, the Board of Directors and CORE Group Staff, with feedback from our Membership, will confirm Member or Associate status.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Please download the Organization Application Form. This includes all the information needed for your application.
2. Submit completed application and all required documents through our online form.
3. Once you have completed the application, our staff will follow up with you to submit the application fee. You can do so by selecting the organization application fee here.
