Mentors say “Let’s do this,” not “You do this”: Mentoring Implementation Lessons from Rwanda, Laos and Ethiopia

On Thursday, February 28, 2019, USAID’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) will host the first of a two-part webinar series to share MCSP’s global and country program learning for human capacity development efforts.

This webinar will briefly summarize MCSP’s global guidance on mentoring based on a literature review and results from a survey of 23 countries that implement mentoring programs. The webinar will also provide the opportunity to learn from three country mentoring programs (Rwanda, Laos and Ethiopia).
