Disparities Solutions Center Speaker Series: Deploying the Equity Strategy Across a Health System

In this event, Tosan Boyo will discuss how Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital was able to develop and deploy equity strategy, in order to understand the population, assess disparities across the system, and developing the workforce to combat inequalities. It is critical that systems reflect one’s values and that workforce reflects one’s patients, as well as addressing biases in the system.
