Thank you for your interest in becoming a CORE Group Individual Associate. Individual Associates are professionals whose work relates to community health for underserved people in low and middle income countries, but are not on staff of organizations qualified to become member NGOs. This includes independent consultants and staff of other types of organizations.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Please download Individual Associate Application or Student Application (application fee waived). This includes all the information you need to apply. However, you do not need to submit this form.
2. Once you have collected your application materials, please complete the online application and upload all required documents to using our online form.
3. Once you have completed the application, our staff will follow up with you to submit the application fee. You can do so by selecting the individual application fee here.
