Dr. Aradeon is an International Social and Behavior Change Communication Specialist with 14 years as resident BCC Advisor for Maternal Newborn Child Health and HIV/AIDS programs within more than 20 years with DFID/Ukaid, USAID, UNFPA and IPPF in Africa and the South Pacific. She has facilitated the development and managed implementation of SBCC strategies, materials, manuals and monitoring tools including rapid assessments; managed and contributed to major household surveys; innovated participatory community communication social mobilization for normative change with communication body tools and rapid Interpersonal Communication training for health workers; initiated peer education and in-school adolescent reproductive health interventions; reinforced community work with multiple media (print, radio, DVD). She is an author and co-author of numerous publications; fluent in English and French; basic Yoruba and Hausa
