PSI Nepal is a dynamic organization with strong programs in family planning and reproductive health. Having established a large private sector provider network PSI Nepal is well positioned for integration of other product and service offerings and increased relevance. In addition to implementing a large a family planning and safe abortion services project, PSI Nepal recently launched an innovative, human centered design Menstrual Health and Hygiene initiative. The project aims to improve adolescent girls’ menstrual health and hygiene by designing evidence-based solutions, and improving the environment to reduce stigma, negative perceptions and unhealthy practices around menstruation.
For the right candidate, PSI Nepal offers both an opportunity to manage an established portfolio as well as develop innovative and relevant programs in new health categories. We are looking for a seasoned social marketing professional and manager able to work in a complex environment at a CEO level within the platform.
PSI is seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Country Representative Nepal.
The Country Representative is the senior PSI official in the host country and is responsible for all PSI activities in that country. The Country Representative represents PSI to government, key stakeholders and donors; directs international staff and host country national staff; develops new business opportunities; ensures contract compliance; manages financial, administrative and logistical resources; prepares and executes budgets, marketing plans and work plans; ensures adherence to PSI minimum standards; and assures the effective implementation of a wide array of programs.
