In 2008 PSI implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning system -Lawson software. The web-based, real-time system helped to integrate multiple disparate systems within network members giving more visibility and controls of daily operations.
The Technology Integration team at PSI includes the Corporate Systems team whose primary functions are to implement Lawson where it’s needed and to support and train DC and network members who use the software. Additionally, team members collaborate with other departments and 3rd party vendors who need to integrate with Lawson; and provide Project and Business Process management services to other parts of the organization whose internal projects have an IT component.
We are a highly motivated, results oriented skilled team of project managers and business analysts who utilize our expertise to bring excellence to our projects and deliver high quality customer service in the process.
We are looking for a Snr. Business Systems Analyst, to help us manage the Supply Chain aspects of our ERP system. The Snr. Business Systems Analyst will interact daily with end-users of our ERP system, both in DC and our field offices. He/she will review support cases and provide guidance for resolving any system issues and provide support and training on system processes.
