Vision: The SBC Working Group contributes to improved maternal and child health outcomes by enhancing the design and implementation of effective NGO social and behavioral change strategies.

2007 Working Group Highlights

• The SBC working group sponsored a five-day training on Designing for Behavior Change in Bamako, Mali. All of the participants who attended expect to train others from their organizations and partners in the Designing for Behavior Change methodology.

• Held a technical advisory group meeting where decisions were made regarding improvements to the BEHAVE curriculum. In 2008, the SBC Working Group hopes to finalize the revised curriculum and conduct an Elluminate session to provide an overview of the updated curriculum.
